• Strategy Into Action – turning your ambitions into goals and plans.  Typically this will take the form of a meeting of the top team and will identify where the business is now, what roadblocks exist to achieving your goals and developing an Action Plan to remove these Barriers to Growth.
• Monitoring/Mentoring – an ongoing programme designed to keep tabs on progress and make sure the plan is being achieved, and if necessary to modify the plan in the light of fresh challenges.
• New Directions – taking stock of achievements and developing new plans and activities to build on earlier results.
