His functional focus was new product innovation and his greatest achievement was leading the definition and implementation of a new company process for creating and delivering new products to the market place. Prior to this he led a major part of Unilever's research effort. From 1974 - 1985 he had a variety of management positions with Xerox Corporation and Gestetner. These included project and manufacturing management.QualificationsEducated in Chemical Engineering, Chris gained his Phd. in 1972.
He has attended a number of programmes on coaching which included a three month programme on "Breakthrough Leadership" and "Advanced Coaching and Mentoring", accredited to the Institute for the Development of Human Potential. He also experienced the benefit of an executive coach for himself over a five year period. |
