Mike Berry decided to set up Catalyst Coaching Group in 2003 to make the skills he used in building and selling several companies over the years, available to other ambitious business owners and directors.

It all started with Mike asking the question, "What are the simple processes that make all businesses work, regardless of their size?"  This led to Strategy Into Action which became the heart of the CCG business coaching programme, helping top teams really get to grips with the opportunities to develop and grow for the future.

This was so successful that CCG itself quickly grew, and now we have Associates covering the whole of the South of England and Wales. 

With new people on board we have been able to add a range of Leadership and Team Development programmes, so we can apply our expertise to helping people make the changes needed to grow with their business.  The results have been incredible!

We also started helping owners who want to sell their business make them fit for sale so they can get the best possible price and make sure it continues to thrive after they've moved on.

To reflect the widened scope of our services we recently shortened our trading name to CCG Solutions.
