This is how it works:

• Free Fact Finder – the first thing we do is to understand your business: how it works; what makes it tick; strengths and weaknesses.  We'll give you a report on our findings entirely free of charge and without obligation.  And if we don't believe we can help you to dramatically improve your business performance, then we will say so at this stage.
• Strategy Into Action – turning your ambitions into goals and plans, for our Business Growth and Exit Planning clients. Usually this will involve a meeting of your top team to identify where the business is now; what roadblocks are stopping you achieving your goals; and developing an Action Plan to remove any barriers to growth.
• Coaching/Mentoring/Training – keeping tabs on progress and making sure the plan is being achieved.  If problems arise we provide the necessary training and development to meet the challenges.  For clients on our Leadership programmes this starts with setting individual goals and creating quick wins to get the ball rolling.
• New Directions – taking stock of achievements and developing new plans and activities to build on earlier results.
