Andrew has a depth of experience across a range of different businesses, which enables him to view challenges and problems with an open mind and achieve solutions for the benefit of his clients.

As a CCG Associate Andrew is focused on helping his clients grow in their understanding of their own business and their personal management performance. 

Past Experience

A banker by background and training, Andrew is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has worked for a period of 10 years as a company director and a consultant in businesses turning over £200,000 to £20 million.

Construction, Engineering, Property; Start ups, Recovery, Receivership; Planning , Business Funding, Coaching. Just some of the many roles and situations where he has worked, advised and added value to the management team.

In recent years he has advised many businesses on reducing costs in the areas of Energy and Telecoms, regularly delivering savings of between 10% and 30%. Andrew says he has a mission to stop businesses giving away hard earned profits to the big utility companies.
