Ashley has wide experience of working with organisations to create positive, effective and sustainable business performance improvement.  He makes wide use of coaching and mentoring of senior management and teams to prepare for major change and challenges of expansion.

Past Experience

Ashley started his working life as a trainee civil engineer before moving into Personnel and Development.  With an initial focus on Development he created an extensive management development framework.  He then moved into General Management, building and operating a customer centre from scratch.

Since then Ashley has worked as a consultant in such diverse sectors as to building materials supply, a large well-known charity, and industrial rubber products manufacture.

Qualifications

In addition to being a Member of both the Chartered Institutions of ‘Management’ and ‘Professional Development’, Ashley holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Marketing.  He is a registered LIFO Licensee and is British Psychological Society ‘Level A Registered’.
