Summary

Chris is a businessman and personal coach with ten years experience at board level, running large successful businesses.

He has several years application and training in personal coaching.  For the last eight years this knowledge and experience has been applied to business performance coaching, and leadership and team development, as a CCG Associate. His clients cover a wide cross section of business sectors and range from financial services to manufacturing.

Previous Experience

From 1993 to 2002, Chris was a board member of Unilever businesses, each with a turnover in excess of £100m where he was responsible for new product innovation. His greatest achievement was leading the definition and implementation of a new company process for creating and delivering new products to the market.  Prior to this he led a major part of Unilever's research effort.

From 1974 - 1985 he had a variety of management positions with Xerox Corporation and Gestetner, including manufacturing and project management.

Qualifications

Educated in Chemical Engineering, Chris has an MSc and PhD in the subject.

He has attended a number of programmes on coaching which included a three month programme on "Breakthrough Leadership" and "Advanced Coaching and Mentoring", accredited to the Institute for the Development of Human Potential.  He also experienced the benefit of an executive coach for himself over a five year period.
