Quality
Our customers scored the quality of the service we provide at over 8 out of 10 across 7 different aspects in a recent survey. Most highly rated were reliability and pragmatism (both averaging 8.9) followed by objectivity and responsiveness (8.6 each).
And we were delighted to see value for money rated at an excellent 8.4 out of 10.
Services
They also provided feedback on which elements of our service were most valued. Top was putting in place proper board-style management processes (8.8), general business advice (8.4), planning and personal coaching (both at 8.1)
Benefits
Finally, they assessed the areas where they got the most benefit and scored us 8.9 for getting them effectively planning activities towards achieving their goals. The next highest were: the process ensures they regularly review how they are managing the business, and the associates provide objective and critical feedback (both on 8.8).
